The services and prices I offer are reflected below:

Two-hour Massage - $180
This session will near two-and-a-half hours, as a full two hours (120 minutes) is hands-on time. These longer sessions are great for more in-depth work with tissue that requires a slower pace to release. 

One-and-a-half Hour Massage - $125
This appointment will near two hours, as a full hour and a half (90 minutes) is spent hands-on. This massage is great for focusing on a particular issue that cannot be fully addressed in a typical one-hour massage.

Sixty-minute Massage - $90
This hour-long massage is the typical choice for relaxation and wellness upkeep. It includes a full 60 minutes of hands-on time.

Thirty-minute Massage - $60
A thirty-minute massage is usually used to focus on a very specific area that is experiencing acute symptoms, such as an aching wrist or light neck soreness. A thirty minute massage is also perfect for a face and scalp massage, or foot massage, or a combo of the two. This gives a full 30 minutes of attention to an acute problem for quick relief. These sessions are not recommended for chronic pain, as chronic pain generally requires longer sessions to be able to address. Shorter sessions also do not often produce long-time results.

These sessions can also be great for those who want to try massage, but don't want to be stuck with a large bill or a big hour-or-more time commitment.

Twenty-minute Massage - $45
Table massages of this length are less common than the above session lengths, as this service is typically reserved for chair massage, or table massage at events, like corporate events for example. However, if you are looking for a quick back, neck, or foot massage, and can't fit a 30-minute in your day, try out a 20-minute.
